This release brings our new theme variable documentation.
View My Open SFDC Cases in Vanilla
If you're using our Salesforce Integration for support, your agents can open cases directly from community discussions and comments. With this update, users who have connected their Vanilla profiles to their SFDC accounts can view their open cases directly from their Vanilla profiles.
You'll first need to connect to your Salesforce account. Once you do, your open cases will be displayed in the "Open Cases" section of your profile page. Each case can be opened in Salesforce to view more details.

Upcoming OAuth2 Updates
We are currently working on some updates to our OAuth2 SSO plugin in order to allow you to set up multiple OAuth2 connections. While we are still working on these updates, release 2021.003 includes some under-the-hood updates to our API and OAuth settings. If you are using our OAuth SSO plugin we recommend testing out your connections.
These updates also remove support for custom icons on Oauth sign-in buttons.
Auto upvote on new ideas - With this release we have added an improvement to ideation. Now when you create a new idea, your vote is automatically added. You still have the option to come back later and remove your vote if you've changed your mind.
