New Features
Search Analytics Improvements
Our Search Dashboard has been updated to include a new chart showing search queries yielding no results. This chart has been added to help you identify topics users are interested in learning more about that may not be available today, or common questions that should be answered in your FAQs and Knowledge articles.
You can also create your own charts leveraging this data thanks to our new settings to group and/or filter Search data by:
- Original Query to see the full query searched by users
- Search Results Count to see the number of results returned for each search
Verify Site Ownership with Meta Tags
When integrating with services such as Google Search Console or Bing, you are required to verify site ownership. With this release we have simplified this process by providing the ability to configure Meta Tags in your community settings. With this you can simply copy the necessary HTML Meta Tags from your service providers and paste them into the Meta Tags block in your SEO & Branding Settings, and we will make sure they are inserted into the <head> of your community pages.

Updated Leaving Page
In your security settings you can enable a warning for users when they click on untrusted links that will cause them to leave your community. When this setting is enabled and a user clicks on an external link they will be brought to our Leaving Page. With this release we have updated this page to make it clearer to the end user that they are leaving the community and visiting a site that has not been verified.
