If you haven’t tried Automation Rules out yet, it’s easier than ever to try it out on your staging or production site!

Improvement to Automation Rules Recipe
We’ve added tag and category filters to the "post receiving points" trigger for automation rules so that you can further curate your automation rules to be useful in more usecases!
Zendesk added to Escalations Analytics Stream
We've added creation of Zendesk tickets to the Escalations analytics stream so that you can more easily understand how many Zendesk tickets are being created from community.
