Release 023 continued to cleanup some of the issues that were left over from our support sprint and set the ground work for some of the major features we are delivering in Q4

- VNLA-5507: Fixed an issue where users were unable to edit the date from a preset custom date range.
- VNLA-6549: Fixed an issue where search results were not populating.
- VNLA-6601: Fixed an accessibility issue with duplicate 'for' and 'ID' attributes.
- VNLA-6730: Fixed an issue where clicking on a KB link with an H2 anchor no longer brought users to that section.
- VNLA-6840: Fixed an issue where flagged comments in question posts didn't show that they had been reported.
- VNLA-6850: Resolved an issue where reports were not marked as escalated once they had been escalated on the Reports page.
