New ability to allow HTML Links in custom profile fields
You asked, we listened! Many customers wanted the ability to include links in their custom profile fields, such as terms of service or linking out to other sites.
You can now add HTML links to the Label and Description fields while creating/editing custom profile fields to accommodate this usecase.

New ability to pass profile fields through Akismet
Some communities had spammers who were including spam content in their profile fields instead of simply posting in community. Previously, profile fields did not go through Akismet, and with this update spam can be identified by Akismet when they are updated with spammy content.

We’ve added even more automation rules in this release:
- New Escalate to Jira Action
- Created new recipes that allow you to escalate to third party ticketing systems based on length of time since a question has been unanswered
