Knowledge Base Following
We’ve made it easier for users to keep up with the content they care about. With Knowledge Base Following, users can follow specific Knowledge Bases and get notified when new articles are published or updated. If you have a multilingual Knowledge Base, you can also follow it in the language(s) of your choice to know when translations are added or updated.

Vanilla Messages
We’ve added a brand-new Help Menu to the dashboard settings (available to anyone with settings.view permissions). This includes helpful information, such as your current release version, and quick access to our docs, community, events, and more.
This is also where you’ll find Vanilla Messages, our new in-app updates. Whether it’s a feature launch, a major change, or just a pro tip to make your day easier, you’ll see it right where you’re already working.
Automation Rules: Time Since Last Active Trigger
You can now create automation rules based on how long a user has been inactive. For now, this lets you automatically update user roles after a set period of inactivity — with more powerful actions (like sending emails) coming soon!
