New Year, New Certification?
Hello fellow community wizards! I'm thinking ahead to 2022 and setting some personal and professional goals for the year. Wondering...do any of you have or have experience with the Community Leaders Institute's CPCE (Community Professional Certification of Excellence)? I have a certification (CAE - Certified Association…

Where did the filter options go?
This is probably a January problem ❄️🎅🤶🎄 I went to build a custom dashboard for our director in Europe. I couldn't add filters to the score card for views? I opened up the one I had made for Asia Pacific and the filters I had added are still there. I spot checked a couple of other new charts and the filters were there. Is…

Custom dashboards - Set filters at a dashboard level
What do I want to do? I want to be able define certain roles for all charts on the page. Why do I want to do this? As is, I can set a filter, but I as the builder have to go in and set in on each chart I place. This is great, but leaves room for user error and ads some time. I want to be able to filter dashboards so I can…

What am I seeing? I noticed that emojis are coming through as characters. What am I wondering? When the text goes to csv, is…

Participation Percentage
Hello! I noticed the new analytics omit the participation percentage. Is there a way to include that report in the new analytics? So far, I either revert back to the old analytics, or when I have time, I do the manual calculation myself.

Hyperlinks not enabled on new analytics
In the new analytics out of box when you view list items such as Most active discussions Most viewed and active ideas Most viewed questions Many of the line items do not have the hyperlinks enabled or transferred in the list. This is a huge miss as you need to copy and paste the url to find the post. Also the ability to…

@Kalyani Kundalia and I were chatting about this today! A couple articles were released in the last few days on how to scale and grow a new community. Anybody else have any good resources? @Esther99 @Jodi_Meier

When adding a "one of" value the cursor displays between the previously entered item
No biggie! Just wanted to flag it for you. I was a little confused on how to enter the roles, but I got there!
