Hyperlinks not enabled on new analytics

In the new analytics out of box when you view list items such as

Most active discussions
Most viewed and active ideas
Most viewed questions

Many of the line items do not have the hyperlinks enabled or transferred in the list. This is a huge miss as you need to copy and paste the url to find the post.

Also the ability to download these lists directly from the analytics portal UI to a CSV would be awesome.

Hoping these 2 items can be addressed quickly.

Thank you for the feedback!

We're currently working on the bug you mentioned here where line items in Tables are missing hyperlinks, and at times are showing the Discussion ID instead of its given name. We 100% agree that these line items should be links so you can quickly and easily inspect the content and take action when and where it's needed. The development team is completing this fix as we speak and we'll get that updated very soon.

Regarding exporting CSVs of your chart data, this is also in the works and will be delivered with Release 2021.024.

Hey @DaniBoy! It looks like this is a bug Vanilla is working through! Same thing with where the posts are numbers instead of discussion names.

I assume the same applies to the articles only being hyperlinked partly?!

@Esther99 yes this applies to all content. Essentially we're currently seeing a limit to the number of items that can be hyperlinked. That being said, the fixes for these issues are code complete. We'll be deploying them to you next week when release 2021.023 hits enterprise sites. Once this release goes out, you may see that some content is still missing a hyperlink. This will occur on content that has since been deleted. We will work on a follow up task that adds a tool tip, or alerts letting you know the content you're seeing no longer exists.

Hey everyone!

The fix to our hyperlinks in Tables went out with release 2021.023, this should be live on all your production sites now.

As I mentioned, some content may still be missing hyperlinks IF that content has been deleted - i.e. if I am looking at a table of Most Active Discussions, and one of these discussions has been deleted since, it will not be hyperlinked. With Release 2021.025 we'll have tooltips/alerts letting you know that the content listed has been deleted.
