Your Higher Logic Vanilla (Vanilla) community integrates with a number of third-party applications, some of which you might already be using.
Vanilla's ability to integrate with other applications means that you can more easily share information between multiple systems and, in some cases, centralize your data management.
Some of the applications that Vanilla integrates with are listed below.
NOTE: Vanilla also supports integration through an API.
- CleanSpeak - connect your Vanilla community to your CleanSpeak API to monitor community content for undesirable/offensive content.
- Freshdesk - escalate Vanilla posts to Freshdesk as tickets; ticket details then display in the Vanilla post via an external asset card.
- GitHub - submit user discussions and comments in your Vanilla community to GitHub as "issues".
- HubSpot - sync user records/data and user activity between your Vanilla account and your HubSpot account.
- Jira - users with the Staff.Allow permission can escalate a post to Jira as an issue.
- MailChimp - send newsletters, automated messages, and set up targeted campaigns.
- Productboard - sync Vanilla Ideation activities into Productboard as notes.
- Salesforce - create leads and cases from Vanilla discussions and comments.
- ServiceNow - escalate Vanilla posts to ServiceNow as tickets; ticket details then display in the Vanilla post via an external asset card.
- Slack - set up and manage email notifications.
- Skilljar - with Vanilla's Federated Search features, you can connect Vanilla's search to Skilljar to allow users to discover the various courses that you offer right in your Vanilla community.
- Social media sites (Facebook, LinkedIn)
- WordPress - create Vanilla discussions from WordPress comments.

- Zapier - connect with thousands of platforms through Zapier’s dedicated workflows.
- Zendesk - integrate with your Zendesk support center in order to submit users’ discussions and comments as tickets to your Zendesk ticketing system; use the Zendesk addon to automate and simplify some of the permissions-based user activities.
- Zoom Events - connect Vanilla events to Zoom meetings and webinars so your community users can easily register for and/or join your Zoom events right from your Vanilla community.
