Community members are often worried about contributing. Fear of not having anything new to add or not being a thought leader will keep many of them from directly engaging. Be sure to have some low barrier entry points such as Introduce Yourself threads, or weekly “What did I learn” or “Celebrate a Win” type conversations. And be sure they are visible!
