If your Higher Logic Vanilla (Vanilla) community is experiencing issues and you have verified that the cause is not in your environment, visit the Vanilla Forums Status page, https://status.vanillaforums.com/.
Status information
The upper part of the page has "charts" that reflect the current and historical status of Vanilla servers, systems, and services.
The charts on the page are grouped by region and clearly display the current operational status of:
- Corporate- and Enterprise-plan servers,
- Webhooks and Queue Systems, and
- other associated services.
The vertical status bars represent the days of the current 90-day period.
On the page you can:
- Hover on a status bar to display the status details for that day.
- Hover on a question mark icon (?) to display information about that service.
- Click a plus sign icon (+) to expand the group and display individual plan-based charts for that regional server or operational details for the selected service.
- All operational statuses reflect the status of the most degraded component of the service.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: If there is an issue, rest assured that we are investigating it, working to correct it, and will provide updates and information on this page as quickly as possible.
✅ TIP: You can "subscribe" to this page in order to be automatically notified when updates (e.g., new incidents, resolved incidents) are posted to this page. Refer to Subscribe to updates, below, to learn how.

Subscribe to updates
On the main status page, you can subscribe to get real-time status updates by one of several methods.
📝 NOTE: Higher Logic encourages all customers to subscribe to this page in order to receive updates as they're posted. This keeps you informed and mitigates case-creation, thereby allowing us to focus on remediating the issue.

2. Click a subscription-type icon to input your contact details as described below the image.
- Envelope icon, specify your email address, and click SUBSCRIBE VIA EMAIL.

📝 NOTE: You must confirm your subscription in order to receive status updates.

After subscribing to status updates, you can unsubscribe from the updates only via the method by which you are subscribed.

- Reply STOP to a status-update text message.
📝 NOTE: Each "unsubscribe" option is unique to the notification method.
