Following certain customers/users
Hi everyone, I just had an interesting question from one of our CRMs - is there a way to follow certain customers to get alerts when they post? I don't believe there's a way to do this natively in Vanilla (but maybe I'm wrong!) and I'm curious if anyone has had a similar ask and how they've handled it. Thanks in advance!
