Are you using an embedded CSAT Tool in your Community to learn more about customer experience with the Community itself? Would love to learn from what others are doing
Hi @stefanieb I used the Khoros platform in the past and the survey was deployed from community rather than email, ensuring only members (and users) saw the survey. People are often bombarded with emails ๐
Hi @stefanieb With previous platforms, I deployed a survey that included a 1-10 CSAT score. I am in the process of implementing Vanilla and will need to find a new vehicle to deploy my survey.

In the past we've offered announcements that link to surveys, but I'd love to use an Add On type of tool that could 'snap in' to a category/homepage
