Analytics for Ideas

Hi all!

As some of you may know, we recently migrated all our ideas to Community.

Now comes the fun part: data. I need deeper insights than what the out of the box 'Ideas' dashboard offers, but I am struggling to set it up.

So far, with Vanilla's help, I've managed to create:

  • ideas with at least 1 comment. Downside: this can be any user that comments, not a member of our team that has 'handled' the idea
  • average time to first comment. Same downside as above.
  • ideas with no comment. Downside: only works for new ideas created on Community, not migrated ideas.

Does anyone have any other magical ideas analytics that would be happy to share their set-up?

    Hey @LiselotteP

    I've been really trying to get our ideation project moving along as well and as part of that had a few demos with our product teams.

    As part of that, during my playthrough with ideation analytics, I added a new chart that tracks which members are voting and the respective idea within the time period. Here's the setup below 👇
