One thing that's been really helpful for us is we turned one forum (our broadest one) into an auto-subscribe forum, and made it so that only Admins and Moderators can post there. Then 2-3 times per month, we post discussion questions, notifying all members via email. I've found this to be a really good way to get increased logins and comments during slower weeks.

Love this @saramaloney! I also have a channel just for admins and use it to raise awareness for events, resources, and happenings…going to start using it for questions as well…thanks for sharing!

Normally we only allow members to comment there, to limit the number of emails that everyone is receiving. But, sometimes I briefly turn on the ability for members to post new questions in it, seed a question, and then turn the ability off for members to post 😂
