We're looking to expand the analytics we track within our Knowledge Base and were curious if anyone has found a way to track file downloads from individual KB articles in Higher Logic Vanilla.
Ideally, we'd like to understand how often downloadable resources within an article are being used, alongside metrics like views and engagement.
Is this something that can be tracked natively in Vanilla, through Analytics, or another method?
