Two main things specifically from what I've observed; * Discussions are being listed as deleted when in reality they are not deleted and it also displays their ID rather than name. Occurs in both default and custom dashboards. * Some charts are not showing any valid data and instead shows 'Other'. Happens when going into a custom dashboard but after it does it then affects charts in all other dashboards including the OOTB ones. Would be interested to hear if its just me or if others are having issues as well. Its our busy period and I have our monthly Community performance meeting next week, would love to be able to showcase the metrics on how we've been doing without these issues.

Hey @Rav Singh - can you confirm if you tried multiple browsers? I know that seems odd but you never know what might be affecting what. Likewise, if you have another device you can test with it's always good to check.

I opened a ticket with support so they can log into your site and see if they notice anything that could be a culprit.

We've been having similar issues for a while now. Especially the 'other' piece.

Honestly, we can't use analytics at all because we can never trust the data. Even when we have a report built correctly we've had multiple situations where (when we manually pulled data) the report is wrong. Support hasn't been able to do anything about these.

Sorry I should have added in the opening post, yes I checked in both Chrome & Firefox (regular and incognito) along with Chrome on my mobile.

In some cases a discussion list might render properly, in some cases partially properly but then other times not.

The issue with charts showing Other in a custom dashboard and then after all dashboards after is consistent.

We've opted for Vanilla's analytics to be our source of truth particularly with Google switching off Universal Analytics for GA4 so hope this can be addressed sooner rather later.. especially before my presentation! 😩

Charts that show "Other" means that the value is "null."

So, why are some values null? The reasons can vary from chart to chart, but most often it's because the chart is configured to return data in such a way that the label doesn't apply to the result.

For example, if you've a chart pulling page views, and group them by articleID, any page view that isn't a KB article, with count as "Other." You'd need to add a filter to remove non-articles from the chart.

Another common example I've seen is that if you group page views by role name, all guest traffic will be shown as "Other" because guests don't typically have a role name. You can also filter out role type equals guest to remove the other from this chart.

Support is always happy to look into suspected issues with individual charts! I have personally found most of the suspicion about accuracy is related to the chart labeling not being clear about how the chart is built - or the logic of the chart, if you will. We've provided that feedback to the product team and they'll be taking that into account as they build out the new dashboards.
