List of Top Metrics You Report Up To Leadership and Measuring Stickiness

Hi everyone,

My name is Cali and I work with a B2B SaaS Enterprise company. Currently I am working on tracking our top 20-30 companies within our Vanilla Dashboards and was curious if anyone had a cheat sheet/list they could share on the top metrics they report up to their leadership.

I have several in mind and already built out several dashboards but would like to cross reference.

Also, I am curious how folks are measuring stickiness with the current dashboards and pulls that are available? I played with it a bit but not really seeing a direct path to proving it. Thanks in advance!

Hey @Caleen00 - thanks for your question!

While I'm sure our customers will have some great insights, I wanted to start you off with some general best practices!

The Engagement Dashboard is your core starting point. It highlights how many users log in versus post, which users are active or new, how quickly users engage with new content, reputation scores, and reaction patterns. By combining these metrics, admins can start to paint a picture of how often members are returning and participating—key elements of stickiness.
