Custom Dashboard to Display Group Stats

Question

I would like to create a dashboard for a new Group that we have created.

* I would like to see stats for a Group such as:
* Page views 
* Active Users 
* Visits
* New Users
* Most Viewed Pages
* Downloads
* etc.

It appears that I may be able to get this information using a filter Category Name = Social Groups, but I would like these stats for a specific Group.  Is this possible?

Page views by group

📌 It's important to understand that today, this first method will only include views of the groups pages, not of individual discussions within.

You can see pageviews by group this way:

Alternatively, you can also see them filtered to a specific group then slice and dice by other things (if desired)

If you want to see posts within the groups as well, you can do an or filter to include the social groups category (which will then pull in posts from groups but not the group name for the given post today)

Active Users

Typically, we define active users as users who logged in, I'm going to assume you're looking for a user who logged in and looked at at least one group page (once again, not including discussions in groups, just the groups pages themselves)

You could do the same trick as above to include posts from groups, but the same limitation of not knowing what group:

Visits

Same as above, but count unique instead of count

Same story as above with the groups pages vs post pages,.

New Users

You can get this using the 'Group' data source and filtering by the type of user join (the type also includes updates, like editing a group)
