We all know that communities are primarily made up of Information Consumers (I prefer this to lurkers…creepy!! 🧟) — this isn't a surprise. But have you thought about the fact that every Super User in our community likely started out here? So what made 1 person begin engaging and so many others stay in this unengaged state?
There isn't a recipe that works for everyone, but the biggest way you can help turn this process from random into something more strategic is to understand the barriers that prevent engagement and help reduce them.
What methods are you using to make it easier for more people to move into an engaged status? I know there are a lot of you who are making huge strides here, and would love to be able to share them with others who are looking to grow in this area!
