Can Category Follows be Tracked and Measured?

Good day Community -
I have launched a category I am using for blogs and would like to know how many community members have subscribed to (are receiving notifications) for each one.
I have created a dashboard that shows the following for each blog:

Page Views by parent category name
Visits per role-type
Most viewed posts

It would be excellent to track subscriptions/notifications, too.
Is this possible?

I just found this idea: Ability to see how many people have subscribed to a category
If you like it, vote for it and see the addition to the idea from @Shauna - I cannot get it to count subscriptions by Category name however 😯
