If you're one of the many who are using the Vanilla Knowledge Base, you're probably aware that users have the ability to vote a doc as helpful or not:
In your default analytics board you will have results for your most viewed articles, as well as those with helpful and unhelpful votes:
Now you may be wondering, how do I know WHO voted my articles as unhelpful?? After all, the best way to improve is often by asking your members what they need!
You can build a chart of unhelpful votes that includes the user name, by using these filters:
