How do you track sentiment?

Hi everyone 🙂
I'm looking for tips and ideas on how you're tracking sentiment in your community. Our wider team is pretty keen on understanding what sort of sentiment the interactions on our Community is generating.

At the moment, reactions seem to be the most logical/best way of gauging this and I've while I've created a few basic charts for them (examples below), I wanted to know how others are going about this?

Are there any specific charts you've generated that provide better insight than others?

Hi @Rav Singh,

This is one of those off-the-cuff ideas… what do you think about asking your community how they view their reactions? For example, does Member A use "Likes" when they think an answer is good and "Insightful" when they think it is better? However, it could be that certain members always use "Insightful" just because they like it better. Either way, you have data.

Its a good point you raise. I haven't really said much to add context around reactions or push members to use them in any great capacity so that's an area to work on.
