Updating User Point Balances?

One of the members of my community accidentally had their post sent to spam. Because we have it so that the spam reaction takes away points, she commented that she had fewer points than yesterday. What's an easy way to restore these? Can I update a user's balance manually?

    Hi @borme

    Wish I could help with this one but I'm not aware of any functionality or mechanism to manually adjust the points for a member.

    Its a bit of a left-field suggestion but perhaps you could create a custom badge that you could award which has a points value added to it which could be used to restore the points for your member.

    Granted though, the above is a bit of a reach so I think if you shoot through a ticket to Vanilla's support team they might have a better suggestion/solution.
