How to export the entire event registrants list?

Hi, I'm trying to export the event registration list but only a limited number of people are showing in the csv. I'm new to using the Vanilla API, would someone kindly show me a step by step on how to set the default value to 200 and do a single API call to export the entire list of registrants for a specific event? Thank you!

are you saying that the csv that you can download from the event itself doesn’t allow more than 200?

Just want to be sure because there is the export list functionality when you click on the list of registrants at the bottom of the list and I wouldn’t think you’d need the API

Exactly! I tried downloading the csv from the export functionality but it only downloads 30 registrants and I know for sure there are more than 30. Thanks for responding, Brendan!

Hello Community! There's a known bug that limits the amount of results that can be downloaded from the event registration list that is on our radar to be fixed in a future release.

However, this information can still be pulled from the API right away!

Here's a step-by-step guide to do so:

1.) Login to the community and go to the /settings/api-docs page

2.) Scroll down until you see the GET /settings/api-docs?#/events/get_events__id__participants option and click **Try It**

3.) Enter the Event ID into the id field at the top of the page and click **Send**

4.) Click **Copy as** and then click **Copy as URL**

5.) Copy that URL into your browser bar and follow the instructions in the following documentation on the topic https://success.vanillaforums.com/kb/articles/594-export-csv-files-from-api-calls to download as a CSV file.
