We are a fairly new community and one of the challenges we are currently facing in our community is that members are not actively creating posts or starting conversations. Vanilla platform does not have an inbuilt badge to offer points for asking a question or starting a discussion. However, i feel that if we do that it might help drive initial engagement and encourage participation.
Has anyone tried to track it via API? Have you faced any difficulty in doing so?
And any other suggestion on what we can do to encourage our users to start a discussion in the community or post a question?
