Hey Community,
I used to have a strategy in Vanilla Communities where I gave staff a quicklinks widget that was staff only.
I'd use Vanilla Filters to create a url that showed me only questions (not discussions that aren't expected to have a resolution), that either had or did not have comments. This allowed me to see a category of questions I called "Unresolved." (I think this was also a name used in Vanilla Moderation tools at that time)
There was also moderation feature that allowed you to "mark a question as resolved."
I found this feature was very helpful and important because it allowed us to track an active count of the number of questions that may have received answers, but where the original poster, or another member had added new questions or ideas that still needed some resolution.
While it's important for our Community to track the number of questions that get "an answer," and I like that we can track questions that receive an "accepted answer," I still need a method to track questions which are in an unresolved state.
How are you doing this today?
