Hi @aaff - thanks for your question!
Currently this page is not available for custom layouts, only the individual event page can be customized.
As a workaround, you could create a custom page (which is a blank page to start, so you can make it whatever you want) and use a combination of existing widgets (like the event widget) and the custom HTML widget to get the look you want.
You could then replace the standard event page with your new one in your title bar / quicklinks / anywhere else you're linking over to it.
