Everyone loves video content. It's eye catching, easy to consume and can help drive engagement in your community.
We know it's easy to copy and paste a URL into a discussion today but how can you showcase your video content on your community homepage? 🧐
It's actually incredibly easy. Most companies and organizations have YouTube channels so I'll use that as the example for todays tip.
First, you will start with your trusty HTML widget, found in your Layout Editor,
Once you select the widget then you'll need to snag some code to drop in there.
Lets go to YouTube. If you click the share button then you'll see the Embed function in the top left corner,
Click the Embed function, and copy everything it gives you,
Then, head back to your HTML widget and paste it in the HTML column,
That's it and that's all. Your video will be ready to play on your homepage or any other page you choose to add it to.
