Creating a super user program can be one of the most impactful strategies your implement - a strong team of community members who are given a focus and utilized in a way that strengthens your community value.
But how do you set them up for success? I know that in our Vanilla Success Community, we have an early adopter program. This allows members to get in and kick the tires of new releases before they are available to the broader customer base. The value? They get a chance to help shape our product, and we get a chance to hear real feedback from our customers. This allows our newly released products to have been tested so any issues can be resolved.
We also create separate spaces for this group to share new opportunities, have conversations about the product, and get updates on changes early.
If you have a super user program, what else are you doing to make sure the group is successful? If you don't yet, what thoughts do you have about potential? Share your thoughts!
