Leaderboard Widget Monthly point Totals

Hello,
I'm hoping to be able to review the monthly point earnings for Staff members from last month.

Since our leaderboard resets monthly- I'm trying to find a reliable way to report on this without just grabbing a screenshot/manually recording on the last day of every month.

Hi @stefanieb - thanks for your question!

I would recommend that you build a custom table in your analytics to replicate the leaderboard, which you will then easily be able to adjust by date.

We have built a similar table for our Success community:

You will want to include the following settings:

• Preset: Custom
• Data Source: Points
• Group by: Username
• Function: Count
• Field: User Role Name
• Value: whatever your staff role is
• Order by: Result
