Hi!

I can share you my unsuccessful story, maybe this will spark inspiration. I created a bunch of posts that step by step onboarded a new user.

our community changes all the time, and this documentation is no longer up to date.
we don't get page views on these posts, even with widgets etc on the homepage
no one wants to read text.

I had taken inspiration from D2L's Brightspace onboarding guide here in their Knowledge Base: Community Corner — Brightspace

Take away for my 2025 roadmap: start again on the onboarding journey. Create video content with the help of AI, short, snappy, clean, easy to follow. Still looking for a tool that will help me do this.
