Numbers on the dashboards not updating after selecting any date range

Hi Team,

The numbers on the dashboards are not updating for our team when we select any date range.

Example 1:

Average time for the first comment:

Example 2:

All the status for the date range are showing '0'

Example 3:

What has been tried:

1. Clearing the browser history and cookies.
2. Using the website in a private/incognito mode.
3. Trying on different browsers (Chrome/Firefox/Safari).
4. My colleagues who are located in different locations (Netherlands, France, Poland, India) can reproduce this as well.

Any suggestions/help is appreciated!
