Idea - Copy exisiting dashboard

Hi there,

As we have seven sub-communities based on different languages, we´d like to have a dashboard for each of those with the same widgets/analytics.

The goal is to have a dedicated dashboard per sub-community so that we can easily see how each sub-community is performing.

I thought it would be easier for the poor CM in charge if they could create one dashboard with the data of choice and then copy/duplicate the whole thing.

After duplicating there is two times the same dashboard, but now only the name needs to be changed as well as the widgets need to be adjusted to the new Subcommunity locale.

We would save the work to manually repeat the whole setup for each new dashboard.

Sounds awesome, right? 😉

Release 2021.023 includes the ability to copy our out of the box Dashboards. Should be pretty straightforward for us to extend that into custom dashboards as well. I'll review with the team!

Another thing that may help here, the Dashboard filters we're working on will include a Subcommunity filter so you can quickly filter all charts within a report to a specific subcommunity. We'll have Dashboard filters for subcommunities, categories, roles and KBs.
