What is the difference between @guest and @anonymous?

Building out dashboards for business owners! What is the difference between Guest and Anonymous?

I created a page view by user name (thinking this might help us find some readers and learners to understand) and the top two hits are guest and anonymous.

Guests = users who have not logged in

Anonymous = users who have logged in but whose Analytics cookie has been anonymized.
