Vanilla Support Upgrades To Zendesk!

As you may know, Vanilla and Higher Logic are now partnered together. As we continue towards becoming a cohesive team, we are migrating from our current FreshDesk ticketing system over to the ZenDesk ticketing system already in place at Higher Logic.

The migration will have minimal impact on how you interact with us - some emails may look a little different since they come from the new system, but you're still interacting with the same team, and will still get answers with the same speed and confidence as you always have. We anticipate this migration will help get you better responses, plus increased tools in the future, including a new Support Portal, Knowledge Base, and more as we continue to build out more functionality with ZenDesk.

Efforts have been made to make this upgrade to Zendesk as seamless as possible. You'll still be able to reach out to us at the same Support email ( and we hope to have the Zendesk ticket portal open soon after our team starts using the new platform. We are currently aiming to be using Zendesk by August 31.
