And to celebrate, the Vanilla Support Team is trialing a new communication channel. We're turning off our phones for the month and replacing them with schedulable 10-minute Zoom calls.
That's right! All Vanilla customers will now be able to schedule a 10-minute Zoom call - often within the hour - with an available support specialist.
Now, we're not going to be able to resolve most issues in ten minutes, but we can show you where a setting is, or explain what a permission does. We can also help you troubleshoot and gather all the information needed to file a ticket containing all the details we need to troubleshoot an issue… which we'll even file for you.
