Big news - Super Forum 2026 is coming and you're all invited! Vanilla was really missed at last year's conference, so we want to make sure as many people join us as possible in 2026.
But First .. We Need You to Register for HUG
To get the full Super Forum experience, you’ll need an account in the Higher Logic Users Group (HUG). Registering ensures you don’t miss out on key benefits before, during, and after the event:
1. Connect in the HUG Super Forum Community
Engage with other attendees, speakers, and Higher Logic staff in a dedicated Super Forum space. It’s where networking and discussions start even before the event kicks off.
2. Submit Your Session Ideas
Help shape the event! HUG members can suggest topics and sessions that matter most to them. (If your session is accepted, the primary presenter will receive a free ticket to the event!)
3. Stay in the Know
All event updates, announcements, and schedules will be posted in HUG, so you’ll always be up to date.
4. Access Post-Event Content
Recordings, presentations, and resources will be available exclusively in HUG once the event is over.

Networking with other attendees, Session idea submissions, and Exclusive announcements and updates
2. Connected to the Mobile App
HUG is directly connected to the Super Forum mobile app, making it easy to stay engaged on the go. From session details to networking opportunities, everything syncs between the app and the community for a consistent experience.
How to Register for the Higher Logic Users Group (HUG)
Step 1: Go to the HUG Website
- Open your browser and go to: Higher Logic Users Group
- You’ll see the HUG homepage.
Step 2: Click Log In
- On the top right corner, click Log In.
- A login page will appear.
Step 3: Enter Your Information
- Fill in your First Name, Last Name, Work Email, and Organization.
- Fill in the ‘Which best describes you’ field by selecting ‘I’m a Higher Logic Vanilla customer signing up for Super Forum’
- Fill in the ‘Products I Use’ field by selecting ‘Higher Logic Vanilla’
- Create a secure password.
- Click Create Account
All accounts requested go through an approval process prior to getting access; this approval can take up to 24 hours. We will see you in HUG soon!
