We're looking to expand our usage of Groups and I have some questions before I move ahead.
(Use case for context: we have a particular market of customers that's relatively small. They meet offline to participate in peer-to-peer learning sessions and provide support for each other on our product. They have expressed interest in having a section of the Community to themselves where they could move these discussions to).
- If I make a Member a Group Leader, does that give them permission to edit the Group? I.e. can they edit the description and post to the Announcements section?
- Can they invite other users to view content?
Note: we don't want to give any of these users a Moderator role since we don't want them to access the Analytics at all, but we do want to give them certain privileges that aren't normally granted by their Member role.
Bonus question - if anyone has worked with users in a kind of "mini community manager" or moderator role, what sort of guidance have you given them?
