Welcome to a new program we're excited to share with you!

For a while now we've had many people asking for some kind of reference for their community metrics. Many of you want to know how your community compares to other Vanilla Customers.

Every month we will share some (anonymized) metrics from 3-4 Vanilla customer communities, in the same industry and of the same company size and revenue band.

This month we're looking at four companies with the following criteria:

Industry: Software & Tech

Employee Band: 101-250 OR 251-500

Annual Revenue Band: $50M-$75M

Here are the three primary metrics for those four customer communities:

⭐️ These numbers come from a combination of industry norms through surveys and reports from a variety of sources such as Commsor, The Community Roundtable, CMX, and take into account what HLV sees with our own customers.
