Community launch tomorrow!
Hi all- first time poster here….
We are excited to launch our first private community tomorrow. Users will be able to access the community via SSO through our own platform.
What are some tips, tricks, and/or words of advice you would offer someone like me who goes live tomorrow?

I'm not exactly sure what your setup will be, but we also have SSO configured. Our users have to first make their Wellthy account, and then create their Community account separately (when they set their username for Vanilla). This confused a lot of people. They would try to access Community content, I would tell them they needed to activate their Community account, and they would mistakenly think they already had because they created their Wellthy account.
I would be super clear with your users about this in your comms - especially existing users. And prepare for some confusion!

Would love to hear what our members come up with. Here's some helpful info.
I'd advise you to audit the user journey - how easy was is to find your link.
Was there only 1 link or are there multiple links? With a new community you never want to make it hard to find.
Are you planning any promotion in the form of a blog post, social post, or in-platform communication?
Also, keep in mind, this is the beginning of a longer journey. Community Consultant Brian Oblinger recently posted this graphic about one of his clients and noted the initial increase in engagement then the dip then the steady increase. It's about the longer term strategy, particularly around content you create for the community, to build initial traction and provide value to the members.
