What a great topic @Heather Wendt !
There are lots of ways to go about this, but here are two that we like to employ here at Vanilla:
- Using Search Analytics to see what our members are looking for. If we're getting lots of searches for the same things month after month, we need to ensure we have the content available to answer these questions.
- Tracking what questions come up in our Vanilla Connect Open Sessions. These monthly Connect Sessions don't have a specific topic, but we encourage our customers to bring any and all questions. We find that we often have interesting conversations come up that inspire future content.
