Community Manager Bible
Hello friends, I am a Community Manager NOVICE! I may have some natural talents that may lend themselves to being a successful Community Manager, but I'm not sure my foundation is as sure as I'd like.
Are there any resources floating around out there that contain general best-in-class practices for a community manager? Including things like review cadence, new content cadence, moderation practices, etc?
Thanks in advance!

There really are so many resources out there that it can almost be a bit overwhelming.
I recommend checking out some podcasts and websites of consultants like Richard Millington & Erica Kulh:

I also wanted to mention that we've got some great new features and content coming out very soon concerning moderation and content creation, so keep a lookout for that!
