Hello friends, I am a Community Manager NOVICE! I may have some natural talents that may lend themselves to being a successful Community Manager, but I'm not sure my foundation is as sure as I'd like.

Are there any resources floating around out there that contain general best-in-class practices for a community manager? Including things like review cadence, new content cadence, moderation practices, etc?

Great question, I've been in my role for 6 months now and still consider myself a novice. I'd be interested in getting more information from more experienced CMs. :)
