Suggestion Box feature in your community?

Have any of the community managers here found a way to add a "suggestion box" feature to your communities? We would like to have a space for folks to add product feedback in our community, that can connect with salesforce in order to connect the feedback with the users' accounts and allow us to track feedback like we do from our other channels. Hope that makes sense. Would love any and all suggestions!

Would the native ideation feature within Vanilla work for your Community?

I'm not sure if it connects with Salesforce but as its local to the platform it might be the easiest to get up and running/test out.

As @Rav Singh mentioned, generally we would recommend using an Ideation category for this purpose.

If you're using our Salesforce Integration, you can set up User Activity Sync which will create a record in salesforce for any ideas created and voted on by your users (among other things).
