Seeking advice on Community Awards for end of the year
Hi everyone!
I've been contemplating the idea of organizing an End of the Year awards post for our community, and I'm eager to hear about your experiences if you've done something similar. Feel free to share your posts on your Community; I'd love to gather some inspiration!
Here are a few initial ideas I have in mind:
- User with the most posts
- User with the most reactions
- Staff user with the most engagement
One unique aspect of our community is that we have numerous users asking questions and expressing their opinions through reactions, but primarily, it's our dedicated moderators who contribute solutions, given our support-oriented nature.
Looking forward to your insights and suggestions!
Best,
Liselotte

How about these as a direction?
- In addition to the most posts, you could recognize the most helpful member.
- The member with the most creative solution.
- The member with the most insightful questions.
I know I said "members," but there's no reason you can't point to the moderators as well (or instead.)
If these are too difficult to track for the past year, picking one thing to track and award monthly might be something to consider moving forward.
