Community Roadmap ideas

Hey everyone!

I'm a new community manager and am working on the roadmap. We are looking to launch later this fall and I am wondering if there are any other community managers that have an outline of their road map they could share with me. My goal is to have a roadmap and 12 month content plan to share with our internal stakeholders. I have a basic setup but would really appreciate another roadmap to see as a reference. Thank you!!
