Analytics Discussion Export File Displays Wrong Data

Description

In Analytics, when you download a CSV file of a Discussions chart, the exported CSV file displays the discussion IDs, rather than the discussion names, as expected.

In Analytics charts, the discussion names display…

…but when you open the downloaded CSV file, the Discussion Name column contains the IDs.

Workaround

Because the numbers in the Discussion Name column are the discussion IDs, you can still use them to access the corresponding discussion.

Insert the discussion ID into your community's "discussion URL" as follows:

<yourCommunity.com>/discussion/<ID>

So, to view the first discussion listed in the example CSV file (from the Success community), the URL is:

https://success.vanillaforums.com/discussion/1822

✔️ TIP: Discussion IDs always precede the discussion name and are sufficient to find the discussion.
