Description
Published posts will display as blank (i.e., no body text) if:
- Using an Android mobile device
- AND the Mobile Format is set to Rich2 in Vanilla
Workaround
This issue only occurs when your Mobile Format is set to Rich2, not Rich. As a workaround, you can change the Mobile Format setting to Rich instead of Rich2.
📝 NOTE: For this workaround to function: disable the Reinterpret All Posts As Rich option if your Post Format is set to Rich2.
To do so:
- Access the Dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings > Discussions > Posting.
- Set your Mobile Format to Rich.
- Disable the Reinterpret All Posts as Rich option, if applicable (see note above).
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save to apply these changes.
