Description
In Rich Editor 2, when creating a Rich link to external URLs, some sites may display a broken image where it's supposed to display the site's favicon.
- This occurs with some sites but not all; it depends on the path they're using for their favicon image.
- This issue does not occur when using Rich editor 1.

No known workaround at this time.
